🚚 Shipping and Delivery Policy

 

All Monster Sink and SnapCap products are custom 3D-printed specifically for you after payment is received. We are committed to high-quality control and a perfect finish.

 

Processing and Delivery Times

 

  1. Production and Packaging Time: The product undergoes a printing and finishing process that takes 3-5 business days from the moment the order is confirmed.

  2. Shipping Time: After production is complete, the product is shipped to you according to the chosen shipping method:

    • Pickup Point Delivery: 2-3 business days.

    • Home Delivery (Courier): 1-2 business days.

Total Estimated Time: From the moment the order is placed until product receipt, the total delivery time is usually 5-8 business days. We make every effort to deliver the order as quickly as possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

🔄 Returns and Cancellation Policy

 

 

1. Order Cancellation (Before Product Receipt)

 

Since our products are custom 3D-printed specifically for you, we start the production process quickly.

  • Cancellation within 24 Hours: An order can be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued (minus a 5% processing fee*), if the request is received within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Cancellation After 24 Hours: If 24 hours have passed since production began, the cancellation will be treated as a product return (see Section 2), as the manufacturing stage has already commenced.

 

2. Product Returns (After Receipt)

 

Products purchased through the site can be returned within 14 business days from the date of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product Condition: The product must be new, unused, and in its complete original packaging.

  • Return Method: The product must be returned to our address via registered mail or courier. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

  • Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the product, a financial credit will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 (whichever is lower), in accordance with the law. The credit will be issued within 7 business days.

 

3. Defective or Damaged Product

 

We maintain strict quality control, but if you receive a defective or broken product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery, attaching a written description and a clear photograph of the defect.

  • We will send you a brand-new replacement product at no additional cost or issue a full refund, according to your preference.
